  • Qualify new leads and nurture them through the sales cycle
  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Implement sales strategy
What will you do?
  • Manage existing portfolio of clients with existing contracts and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure high satisfaction and retention levels for existing customers
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the Trapeze ES product portfolio
  • Qualify new leads and nurture them through the sales cycle
  • Manage the key client relationships and drive high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Account Management meetings
    • Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Maintaining awareness of Australia’s Pre-Hospital Care industry to identify new business opportunities, including building & maintaining effective relationships with industry groups & forums
  • Assisting in the planning, preparation, and implementation of marketing plans for the development of new and existing business.
  • Evaluating and assisting with response to tenders.
  • Ensuring all quotes and prospects are maintained and updated within Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement the account management strategy for ANZ Emergency Services including attraction & retention
  • Develop, actively maintain and manage Account Plans for key accounts as agreed with the Commercial Director.
  • Work with the Product Manager to inform the product strategy.
  • Internal stakeholder management.
Let’s talk about you
  • Tertiary Qualifications and/or substantial specialist industry experience relevant to the area of responsibility
  • 5+ years’ experience managing major Government and non-Government accounts
  • Successful history of accurately forecasting and performing on target quota attainment
  • Ability to write comprehensive proposals and detailed responses to tender requests.
  • Demonstrated experience of forecasting and performing on target quota attainment
  • Results orientated - proven success record of achieving sales and/or revenue objectives
  • Sound ability in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Sound ability in using Salesforce as the business’s CRM
