About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this permanent part time (24hrs per week) position will be based within our
Administration department, centrally located at Adamstown.
This role is important, in ensuring a centralised, consistent and efficient approach to the accounting function. Key to
your success will be your ability to build good relationships and work with deadlines.
On-time delivery of month end tasks including Balance Sheet reconciliations and journal preparation
Assist in Year End audit procedures
High utilisation of Microsoft Excel, data sorting and reconciliation
Manage banking, intercompany and fixed asset activities
Complete ad hoc accounting requests to meet the overall company objectives
Assist with the Accounts Payable Function on an ad hoc basis
Qualification in Accounting (preferably to degree level), or relevant, previous on-the-job experience
