The Administration Officer is responsible to the Administration Services Coordinator for the provision of an effective and efficient administrative service to the multidisciplinary mental health teams to support the delivery of clinical services to mental health consumers. Duties include maintaining client records in both Sunrise and CBIS, answering telephone and counter enquiries and liaising with staff, the public and other services regarding client and team-related matters, compliance officer duties for mental health inpatient settings and facilitating an administrative service for team meetings. As part of the Casual Pool Administration team you will be required to work over a 7 day roster, across multiple sites, with varying start and finish times ranging between 0700hrs and 2100hrs.
