About the role:
We are looking for several Assistants in Nursing who have a passion for aged care to join our friendly and diverse team at Calvary Noosa Retirement Community. Enjoy working in a modern facility, located in the beautiful coastal town of Tewantin. Benefit from working in a supportive team who have a strong focus on staff development and growth.
We have permanent part time and casual positions on offer. Benefit from a flexible work life balance with morning and afternoon shifts including weekend work available across a fortnightly roster.
The AIN role is instrumental to ensuring that we are providing high quality care to our residents at all times. Under the direction of the RN or EN you will support care delivery through providing personal patient care and undertaking general nursing duties.
What you bring:
A Certificate III (or equivalent) in Aged Care
A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector
Previous experience in a similar role in Aged Care is preferable but not essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
