As the Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager, your duties will include:
  • Management of new and existing client relationships
  • The preparation of detailed asset plans
  • Contract management
  • Tenant liaison
  • Transfer of leases
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing/maintaining budgets and reporting
  • Breach notices
To be considered for this Asset Manager / Commercial Property Manager role, you will have:
  • At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role
  • Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A real passion for commercial property management
  • Outstanding client services
  • A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
  • A current Queensland driver's license.
