CLIENT:
Our client, one of Australia's Largest Financial Services Brands, has been providing everyday Australians with support and a helping hand to protect their valuable assets with a variety of home, contents and car insurance options. They are now looking to grow their insurance claims team and are offering multiple positions for full time staff in this 100% work from home role starting on 14th September.

THE ROLE:
In this role you will be managing inbound calls from customers looking to lodge insurance claims and helping navigate them through the process. Your day to day will include (but not limited to):
  • Determining customers coverage through exploratory questioning, policy interpretation and using judgement and analysis to make informed decisions
  • Setting clear expectations of the claim process and effectively communicating how the claim will be managed
  • Being responsible for decision making within policy guidelines to deliver best outcome for the customer and the organisation
  • Liaising with suppliers and repairers to ensure timely replacement and/or repair experience for our customers and claim is progressed efficiently

You will receive a comprehensive on boarding process with 7 weeks of full time training (WFH Monday – Friday 8.30am-4.30pm) before moving to a rotating roster between 7am-11pm, however most shifts are between 8am-8pm.

ABOUT YOU:
  • Customer Service Experience – ideally from a high volume call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast paced high pressure environment

THE PERKS:
  • Salary: During the 7 Weeks full time training period you will be paid $24ph + Super and post training you will be paid $25.50ph + Super.
