Job description
Our client is a leading not for profit membership-based organisation established to advocate for health and medical standards and education. They have an opportunity on offer for a Data Entry Officer to start immediately for an ongoing temp assignment, to work fulltime hours from Monday to Friday. The client offers a Hybrid working model and when required to be in the office the client's office is based in Melbourne CBD and the hourly rate for the role will be $35 per hour + Super.
This role will be working in the Professional Development department and will require you to enter data into their internal system. The data is Alpha and Numerical, and the data you will be entering will be information that has been collated. You also will be required to have advanced MS Excel skills as the role will require you to manipulate data from spreadsheets.
The successful candidate will have a fast and accurate data entry speed and worked in some sort of administrative role. You will possess great communication skills and be able to liaise with various stakeholders. Excellent organisation and time management skills is a must with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to think laterally. Being able to work under pressure and be able to multitask and prioritise your work is critical. Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office suites are important particularly Excel, as well as a fast and accurate data entry speed.
