What would you bring? Knowledge of accounting systems, Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, Experience in an accounts / finance environment, Experience on collaborating closely with both internal and external clients.
Key Objectives/ Outcomes:
- Ensure that recurring invoicing between our CRM systems runs smoothly.
- Reseller, Partner Applications and Reconciliations are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Direct Debit processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting to resolve commission queries.
- Process payments effectively and efficiently.
- Undertake daily review of data maintenance and update CRM systems.
- Undertake daily cash receipt processing, with high attention to detail.
- Identify barriers to efficient processing – investigate root causes to problems, make recommendations to improve current processes
