They are looking for a dedicated receptionist who is hard working, loyal and has a positive attitude. Working as a full-time receptionist, the salary package is made up of a competitive remuneration package.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing guests check in and out
- Answering telephone, email queries and directing to appropriate departments.
- Ensuring front of office and recreation area are tidy and organized
- Helping in the office all around duties
- Managing the overall meeting rooms
- Developing in house rules for all of the employees
- Arranging external and internal events
- Updating social media events and activities
- Administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have: (Required)
- Excellent presentation skills and polite manners
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Be flexible and available to assist in varies of needs in the office and external
- Proficiency in Office suite
