Located in Chatswood,our client is an Australian-based FinTech company specialising in the Financial Services industry. They are looking for a dedicated receptionist who is hard working, loyal and has a positive attitude. This is your opportunity to work in a brand-new modern office in a supportive and professional work environment. Working as a full-time receptionist, the salary package is made up of a competitive remuneration package.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing guests check in and out
  • Answering telephone, email queries and directing to appropriate departments.
  • Ensuring front of office and recreation area are tidy and organized
  • Helping in the office all around duties
  • Managing the overall meeting rooms
  • Developing in house rules for all of the employees
  • Arranging external and internal events
  • Updating social media events and activities
  • Administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have: (Required)

  • Excellent presentation skills and polite manners
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Be flexible and available to assist in varies of needs in the office and external
  • Proficiency in Office suite
