Health Information Services Scanning Officer
Hollywood Private Hospital are seeking a Health Information Services Scanning Officer to join our team.
Full time and Part-time opportunities available
The department is open between the hours of 7am – 6pm and your shifts will range from Monday-Friday.
The Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for scanning medical records and provide leave cover for the Medical Records Courier. You will also provide support to the Health Information Manager, Clinical Coders and other departments of the hospital to facilitate timely coding, billing and quality activities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and enjoy being part of a busy team. Working with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are key skills needed for this role. Being physically fit and capable of safely mobilising with a trolley and carrying 5kg in hand is essential to the role.
You will also bring:
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Experience in medical administration will be essential for this role.
- Experience with Patient Management Systems will be highly regarded.

Requirements
Everyone who joins Ramsay:
