Harvey Norman Commercial Project Division is a leading supplier to the Victorian building, plumbing and development sectors. An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing and successful business based in Port Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.

Reporting to the Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Effectively work with and provide a high level of support to the IT & Business Support Officer and internal users
  • Troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues
  • Coordinating with IT Service Desk to solve any IT related issues
  • Generating monthly sales reports
  • Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) systems
  • Assisting with the uploading of supplier pricelists into Microsoft Dynamics
  • IT setup for new staff members
  • Managing the offices Printers
  • Maintenance of IT inventory to ensure our IT needs are met and organising the ordering of any additional inventory required

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems viewed favourably. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to build rapport quickly. You must be system savvy including intermediate Word/Excel skills.
