THE FIRM
Located in Melbourne CBD, this law firm is one of the largest and most well-respected firms across the country. With offices in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, they pride themselves on their excellent service and values.

THE ROLE
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Services (BSS) Administrator to join them on a full-time basis. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of the office overseeing the day-to-day administration and service to the professional groups. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Mailroom duties; including preparation of outgoing mail, couriers and distribution of incoming items;
  • Assisting with ergonomic assessments for internal staff and maintaining these records;
  • Being a key point of contact for the Business Services team, responding to enquiries and requests for assistance;
  • Assist with internal relocations and setting up work areas for employees;
  • Assist the BSS Coordinator with record keeping and reporting; including regular office cleaning and safety inspections; and
  • Ensuring sufficient stationery supply, keeping inventories, placing orders and distributing supplies throughout the office.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 12-months experience in an administrative role, ideally within professional services. In addition to this you will have:
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation;
  • Some heavy lifting required; manual handling certificate preferred or must willing to obtain one; and
  • Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week.
