- This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. Those that do not want to get their hands dirty should not apply.
About the Role:
This role is a functional business role in a Global team with focus on the APAC region for Kraft Heinz Company’s rollout of SAP S/4HANA. The role will have functional expertise in the primary area of responsibility of Order to Cash and possible expertise in 1 or more complimentary areas such as Pricing. The role is the owner of the applications and business process implementation within the primary functional area. The role is responsible to deliver projects as part of Kraft Heinz Company’s rollout of S/4HANA to the APAC Region. The role will be a key subject matter expert and- work in conjunction with consultants to document- define- deliver- and maintain the business solution. Part of delivering the business solution will include taking the lead on integration across other relevant work streams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage & prioritize the business demand generated; reviewing continuous improvement initiatives through to making capital appropriation requests for large projects.
- Proactively and effectively communicate progress in of directly or indirectly owned pending demand and active projects throughout the life cycle. It can be anticipated that there will be numerous concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups- translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions.
- Provides guidance to internal Business Leads on application functions.
- Supports change management activities by assisting with development of training materials- training scenarios- documentation- communication and change impacts.
- Leads teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system implementation and all required deliverables from initial blueprint through testing and production deployment project phases.
- Maintaining and developing relevant expertise in the domain.
- Responsible for maintaining and controlling the suite of reports that are utilized to drive the business process.
- Leads timely issue identification- resolution- escalation when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Minimum 5-7 years functional and/or technical and functional combined:
- Experience in leading team sizes of between 2-5 team members in the Order Management or Order Fulfilment sub-stream of Order-to-Cash stream
- Requirements definition/mapping.
- Solution design- especially in Product Costing is preferred
- SAP ECC6 Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration experience is essential
- Hands-on development of project deliverables - formal/structured methodology.
- Applying required configuration changes.
- Test planning and scenario creation. Test script creation and editing.
- Solid blend of business and/or technical capabilities- business operating models and underlying technical architectures.
- Demonstrates process & technical knowledge of the core area supported as well as the areas integrating with their area. Understanding of end-to-end processes is a plus.
- Consumer Products Industry experience desirable.
- Relevant certifications including SAP S/4HANA Sales are preferred- but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams.
- Progressive responsibility in SAP environment desirable.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to travel 50% or more as part of the role on a routine basis.
