Join a place where the best and brightest come to build on each other’s talents, engage in exciting work, and make a big impact. Great things happen when people with talent and determination come together to create what cannot be done alone. We put people first.

Water is undeniably essential to our lives. Which is why it is critical that we create a sustainable future for it. At Stantec, we approach every project—whether on a local, regional, or larger scale—thoughtfully and execute it with excellence. We partner with our clients to design solutions that address their communities’ unique needs throughout the water infrastructure lifecycle. Improving communities around the world is our passion. Our promise is that ‘we design with community in mind’, and to genuinely fulfill that promise, we need to be representative of the communities we serve.

We are better together.

You will ensure that projects are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specifications, whilst contributing to the financial success of Stantec’s business. And you will manage project change, finances, schedule, quality, health, safety and risk, whilst driving diverse teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

So, what do you need to bring to take your career to the next level?
