The Opportunity
Building a new home in Western Australia has never been more popular and Homestart have seen unprecedented interest from potential clients enquiring about building a new home.
To assist in processing enquiries from potential clients we are seeking to add a number of Sales Qualifiers to our sales teams.
As a Sales Qualifier you will report to the Sales Manager and provide a high level of efficient service to clients and sales consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential clients from a variety of lead sources and maintaining contact information in a CRM
- Allocating appointment for Sale Consultants to attend
- Working closely with finance brokers to assess client eligibility
- Following up clients after sales consultant visits
- Attend sales training, working to develop and progress knowledge of residential construction and finance.
- Prepare and present activity reports
- Previous phone sales experience
- Knowledge of Construction Finance desirable
- Experience with First Home Buyers desirable
- Ability to create rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- High level of computer literacy.
