About the role

  • Greeting customers, answering calls promptly and transferring to the relevant internal department
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm
  • Two - three-month contract (potential to extend)
  • Located near Richmond

  • Have a warm, professional phone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Practical time management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
