Our eComm team is continuously growing and we’re going through a massive digital transformation . The Digital Engineering team is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Channel Services to join the ranks to provide leadership, coaching, support and act as an enabler to the squads to balance technology, delivery and outcomes in alignment with the wider group’s objectives. About the role
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you play an important role as a technology leader across multiple engineering squads. You will not only deliver and execute the product roadmap, but also run and maintain what has been built once delivered to production.
About you and your skills
You will have strong experience in leading multiple highly skilled technology teams and delivering large programs of work.
Your skills
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in product development teams.
- Deep experience building high performance teams, while coaching them to success using agile methodologies.
- Exp working in complex system architectures, operations and support structures.
- Exp delivering outcomes as part of a cross-functional group & using onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Tertiary qualifications in a technology engineering discipline such as computer science or information systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Market knowledge and experience of delivery and management of technology solutions. I
