Aspen Medical is a global provider of guaranteed, innovative, and tailored healthcare solutions across a diverse range of sectors - providing from a single paramedic to a full spectrum solution.We have an exciting opportunity for Training & Compliance Coordinator to provide support and services to Aspen Medicals Training Department.
Working closely with an experienced team, this role requires someone who is passionate about all things Training and Compliance and to provide support to the wider team.
This role involves the following:
- Conduct internal audits across the Marketing & Student Support departments
- Manage the training and compliance framework to ensure adherence to ASQA and related requirements
- Monitor and report on compliance with NVR Standards for RTO and State based funding and traineeship requirements
- Manage the RTO Scope of Registrations, AVETMISS reporting, quality indicator data, and changes to ASQA standards
- Professional business acumen where excellence our service is a priority both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support and internal compliance training through ongoing continuous improvement, or in the event of identifying non-compliances
- Maintain the Trainer/Assessor Qualifications matrixes and currency
- Assist in the recruitment of Trainers and Assessors
The successful candidate must have:
- Working experience in a compliance role in the VET sector (willing to learn)
- Excellent knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
- Excellent knowledge of State based funding contracts nationally
- Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand contracts
- Flexible approach to work (WFH arrangements negotiated)
- 2-3 years of experience in a Compliance or similar role in the VET sector (desirable, not essential)
- VET related qualification would be highly regarded
