Programmed Skilled Workforce are partnering with Dnata catering, a premier flight catering facility, to recruit confident and committed HR & MR Truck Drivers to join their Customer Delivery team in Sydney Airport.
Your new role is a very unique opportunity to drive MR or HR trucks onto tarmac at the airport, operating a hi-lift truck and catering food & drink carts onto and off aircraft. This role consists of 20% driving work, and 90% catering & manual work. Please note successful applicants must be comfortable working at heights.
Positions are for an immediate start with shifts across day & afternoon shift (rotating roster), 365 days per year.
About your new role:
MR/HR Truck Driving
- Frequent Pushing/Pulling of flight catering food & drink carts
- Loading and Unloading of Catering trucks
- Operate hi-lift truck
- Working at Heights
About you:
- Hold a MR/HR Truck License
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physically fit to push/pull and lift to 20kgs
- Ability to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Able to complete a national and federal police check\
- Able to pass a NSW roads driving report
- Happy to obtain an ASIC and ADA Card
- Hold current Working at Heights Ticket (or happy to obtain one)
