Our client, Primary Connect is an end-to-end supply chain partner within the Woolworths Group and they have exciting opportunities for both voice / order pickers and warehouse staff to join their well-established team on a casual basis. This role can be quite physical and transferrable skills such as labouring, repetitive manual handling is highly regarded.
Located in Mulgrave, this busy distribution center provides flexibility with shifts available across afternoon shift/night, Monday - Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking orders using voice headset in a department requires repetitive lifting.
- Packing and palletizing grocery products
- MUST be able to work in a cool room/cold storage environment.
- Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas
- Operating transporters and warehouse equipment
- Working up to 10 hour shifts on a Day OR Afternoon Shift roster.
Our ideal candidate:
- Ability to work in a face paced supportive environment.
- Physically fit/ability to lift up to 20kg in selected departments
- Flexible working hours on Day and Afternoon Shift (2 shift patterns, 5 days a week including a Sunday Night)
- Experience voice picking highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's
- Willingness to learn and develop existing skills
- Availability to commence ASAP
- A current driver's licence and own transportation
- Pre employment Drug and Alcohol Test required.
